Exhibitors may begin setup during the afternoon of Thursday, October 14th and must take down their exhibit the same evening.  Exhibitors assume all responsibility for damage caused by the exhibit to the person, property, or rights of other parties, including injury to floors, walls, decorations or equipment, or equipment of the Events Center.  Exhibitors will not hold CAPET responsible for any loss by theft or damage.  Exhibitors are also responsible for making their own hotel reservations.  When making reservations identify yourself as being part of the CAPET conference and you will receive a discounted room rate of $95 a night.
